Shipping -

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

Expedited Rate Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.

Please note when applying coupon for Online Sales, this means online only, if (no pick up, no expedited shipping) bundles are drop shipped directly from vendor. Shipping takes 7-14 business days.

Return Policy -

Items that have been processed and shipped are only eligible for store credit. To qualify, items must be returned in the original packaging within 5 days of delivery. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

Deposit Policy -

We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 for all clients at the time of booking.

Please note this is not an additional charge ad your deposit goes towards your service. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your secured appointment your deposit will go towards 1 rescheduled appointment.
